SN Upload Attachment

Activity Description​

Uploads an attachment to an existing record in ServiceNow.

note

Only files located in the same server where the Resolve Actions ServiceNow integration is installed can be uploaded.

Output​

Success/Failure.

Settings​

  • Module Name – The name of the ServiceNow module in Resolve Actions.
  • Form Name – The name of the ServiceNow form.
  • Field Name – The name of the field that indicates the record number.
  • Record Number – The ID of the ServiceNow record. Example: %snCreateRecord1%
  • Path – The path of the file to upload.
    Example: C:\attachment.txt
